Unable to download source code

Sometimes the API between the Unity server and downloads page doesn't respond in time which says that the invoice is valid. If you try it again it should eventually work. If you try it in a private browser that will ensure nothing is cached from the time that you tried it before.
 
We don't know what the website does so adding additional text (like what you've said) would be helpful. Otherwise what are we supposed to think?
 
I've got the same problem, the runtime source apparently has moved? It's def. NOT available despite entering my invoice from the link
 
Two things you can try:

1. Remove the 'pid' parameter from the link.
2. Remove 'IN' from the beginning of the invoice number (i.e. just put the numbers in).

Both have worked for me but with inconsistent results (sometimes works).
 
We are going to be starting a new web contract within a few months and I will ask our developers to look into this. At the very least we should put a better error message. For now if you try a private window that should also remove any sort of caching
