No response from Contact Us on forums

Previously on the downloads page (https://opsive.com/downloads/) I entered my invoice number and clicked Check but it said 'invoice not found'. So I clicked on the Contact Us link on the forums and sent two messages (over two weeks ago, with a 'success' displayed) but I've had no response. Anyone else experienced this?

FYI: Tried the downloads again and it now recognises the invoice number. Shows a warning but seems to work:
Warning: Undefined variable $product_asset_store_name in /home/opsive/public_html/wp-content/themes/opsive-theme/functions/integrations.php on line 707
 
I actually didn't even know that contact us link was there. :oops: I'll remove it - the support page has the right links (or support@opsive.com).

I've fixed the warning as well. Thank you for the heads up. And glad the invoice worked, maybe an endpoint was down at the time.
