Flock on already existing AI

I am having multiple AIs using the same behavior tree. What would be the best solution to implement the flock mechanics here? I created an empty game object and added the flock behavior with the AI s but they act very strange. Thez are not moving at all. Is this the right aproach?

Flock is setup differently compared to other Movement Pack tasks where a single behavior tree controls multiple agents. In the demo scene you'll see that only one flocking agent has the behavior tree.
