Version 2.0.2 of the Ultimate Character Controller is making its way to the Opsive Store and the Asset Store. This update contains the following:

  • Added integrations with Rewired, InControl, Control Freak, and Easy Touch
  • Fixed EquipUnequip from not setting the correct equip item when ending early
  • Health pickup shouldn’t be applied when the character is no longer alive
  • Fixed character from applying too much force to rigidbodies
  • Fixed destructable particles from stopping too early after hitting their target
  • Time orbs will change the time scale on the character instead of game time scale
  • Fixed third person view from not correctly detecting collisions
  • Fixed third/first person ultimate scene to use the correct bow/katana reference
  • Fixed state configuration from applying multiple state sets to a single object
  • Character foot effects will take into account the time scale
  • A velocity can be applied to the character foot effects to prevent the effect from playing at low speeds
  • Fixed slot item monitor from returning early when it shouldn’t
  • Consumable ItemType amount can be set on the UsableItem
  • Fixed CameraController from registering the character twice when the character is set after the camera is initialized
  • Improved the handing of the camera when the character is disabled
  • Fixed Interact AbilityMessageData from causing a preset error
  • Updated first person bow animations and updated third person to match
