Do I need to mess with the Assembly Definition to get the Addon Abilities to be accessable?

I get this error

the type or namespace name Swim could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)
Do I need to mess with the Assembly Definition to get the Addon Abilities to be accessable?
