I changed prefab file of Projectile in ShootableWeapon component,Then to clicked The drop-down triangle menu is invalid in all UCC components Now.

Click the text next to the triangle, not the triangle itself

Yes, Only clicking on the text is valid in UCC components.

As James suggested, to expand/collapse an inspector section within a UCC component, you have to click on the title of that section, not the arrow next to it.
