Third Person Controller 3.0.1 Setup Errors

Background:
-Purchased today (11/14/2022)
-Unity Version 2022.1.22f1
-Absolute clean project - no other packages

Steps Taken:
1. Created the new project
2. Package Manager > Import Third Person Controller
3. Note: No windows or instructions popped up.
4. Tools > Opsive> Ultimate Character Controller Installer > Installer
5. Installer window pops up with three checkmarks > Clicked Install
6. Preparing Package window pops up for about 40 seconds
7. Import Unity Package Window pops up (all items are checked) > Import
8. Much lengthier process window "Importing"
9. After 15 seconds a "Consent Request" window pops up to update precompiled assemblies > I clicked "Yes"
10. Importing (iteration 2) window pops up and stays busy working for 3:12
11. The Importing window disappeared and the Installer window with 3 checks is still present.

The picture with the errors is what I'm left with. Please help!!
