The left hand movement is very strange when releasing fireball skills

Thank you. This looks like an IK issue. When the magic item is equipped within the item set rule you should set a state name. You can then use that state within the CharacterIK component and decrease the hand weights. If you take a look at the melee video there is an example of this.
