Surface Impact

When i Add surface impact to my enemy, when i fire nothiing is spawning please help. Also Another issue noticed if no projectile is used if i fire enemy head he will die in one shot but if i add a projectile he will die after 10 shots.

I can't see anything wrong but I would first go through this video to make sure everything works and then expand from there:

I have done as per this video, what my doubt is that collider on an enemy will destroy the projectile instead of hitting the body mesh?
