Strange movings of enemy when I look at him

Hi, I downloaded the Deathmatch AI kit and also I have UFPS&BD
I created new scene, after that I added a new enemy(with puppetMaster but I checked withot PM and this problem the same) and I added the agent AI via the Deathmatch menu

The main problem that when I see my enemy and I look at him, he starts shaking, but when I look at the empty space it works well

Pay attention to animator controller!

It looks like the agent is alternating between moving and non-moving states. On the NavMeshAgent try increasing the stopping distance. You can also try increasing the arrived distance on the Movement Pack tasks that are running (you'll need to look at the tree in order to see this).
