Pink materials in URP and camera not working

Hi! My problem is the description and I know that this link can solve all (or I think so) but I do not understand the steps because I am really new in the Unity Editor.

Have you followed the Unity URP setup steps (linked in step 1 on that doc page) first? Those docs are fairly straightforward and should give you everything you need. If you're very new to Unity then I would recommend not doing stuff like URP yet, and first learn the basics of materials and shaders.
