Order Number Seemingly Expired

I've downloaded fresh versions of UCC & BD for Unity 2019.
While I can access the UCC Downloads page with the Invoice Number just fine,
I can't access the Behavior Designer Integrations page.
The Order Number I've used in the past didn't work.

When I went to the Unity Store page to check, they'd cleared my order history completely. (!?)
Furthermore the old Asset Store page linked in the Opsive site's documentation is 404.
I really need that BD/UCC example integration.

If your invoice number is missing you'll need to email Unity support at support@unity3d.com as I am unable to look it up. Thanks for the note about the old Asset Store page not working anymore - I've removed that.
 
It's been about 10 days since I sent a message to Unity support and they haven't responded.
Is there some other way I can prove that I own Behavior Designer?
This is really aggravating.

EDIT: I've checked some forum posts and I'm not the only one having this issue.
It seems as if purchases made on the old store simply no longer have their invoices available.
 
I'm really sorry about that. Unfortunately the invoice check is the only way. Unity doesn't give publishers any tools to look up an invoice based on an email address. Unity used to have a live chat feature but I can't find it anymore. Maybe it only appears when they are online? I believe that it was on this page: https://unity.com/support-services
