How to access local and global variables in a Behavior Tree with a Visual Scripting Graph

I am a beginner, and Thank you in advance for your kind response to my primitive question.
How can I access local and global variables in a Behavior Tree with a Visual Scripting Graph?
If these question has already been here, I am sorry about that.
 
This will require an integration that I haven't been able to complete. I have the start but haven't been able to finish it up yet.
