I'm using the AI Deathmatch kit and 3rd person controller. I have successfully created enemies that follow the waypoints and attack the player.
I have since created an additional set of enemies which refuse to follow the waypoints I've set, instead they'll walk forward in the direction they're facing until they hit a wall or fall off the plane. If I remove the waypoints they remain static in place. If I place the player near they will detect and attack them as expected.
I can't see what is causing the difference in the behaviour between the two sets of enemies.
In addition the waypoints field seems to reset or vanish each time upon entering play mode. Any clues as to where I could have gone wrong? Has anyone else encountered this? Any advice is appreciated.
