FPS: Glitching When Walking Under a Low Ceiling?

I'm currently experiencing glitching whenever my character walks under a low ceiling. Any ideas about what could be going on here?

I'm currently using a version of the demo character where I've changed a few settings, mostly to disable abilities. The problem goes away when I raise the height of the ceiling. The capsule collider fits under the ceiling just fine.
 
What settings are you using for your anchor offset and look offset? It looks like the obstruction check thinks your camera is in between the ceiling and the world.
