Climbing On Rope

I need an abilitie that includes abilities such as climbing, swinging, and jumping on a rope. Do any of the abilities in the UCC - Climbing Pack currently meet these requirements, or do I need to create a new abilitie for this? If I need to create a new abilitie, can you guide me on where to start to create the Climbing Rope abilitie?

No, for this you will need to create a new one. If you don't already have the Climbing Pack I recommend that you get that and then take a look at the Ladder Climb ability - this will be a good starting point.
