Can't open UCC3 documentation pdf

Here's a weird issue, I can't open the Documentation pdf in the UltimateCharacterController folder ! I tried first with Brave and Edge, which both displayed an error stating it was impossible to open this document. Am I the only one with this issue ?
I don't exactly need the pdf as long as there is an online version, but still that's kinda weird !
 
It's not just you, it doesn't open in Edge/Chrome for me, but does open with Drawboard PDF, although that is now paid.
 
The PDF is a mirror of the online documentation so it's not really necessary. I'm not sure why certain editors aren't able to open it, but I'll regenerate it for the next update and see if that helps.
