Cannot Repeat shoot anymore

Sorry, I don't know why my character cannot continue shoot while holding the left mouse.
It only shot when I click the button. Holding mouse doen't affect shooting.

Please help me to find anything wrong with my setup.

It's tough to say by just looking at the screenshots but it is most likely animation event related. Make sure you have the animation events firing when the item is used and has completed its use.
 
Ah, my guess is that the look sensitivity on your weapon is set really high so it doesn't fire. If you go through the shootable video you can see me adjusting the look sensitivity so it is less sensitive.
