Camera Movement on Fire2 Continuous

Hello,

I would like to make the camera and the character rotate only when the mouse Fire2 button is pressed.
What is the best way to do that ?

The reason for that is that i want to be able to use the cursor on Fire1.

Do i need to create another view type ?
For the moment i am using Third Person Combat on both the camera and the character.

Yes - in this case I would create a new Movement Type and subclass the ThirdPerson ViewType. This is somewhat similar to the RPG MovementType.
