Arms crossed behind back after updating character model via UMA

What causes the arms to be crossed like in the attached pic after character generation? How could I resolve it?

I am using UMA and recently switched over to a new model and recreated the character within the character manager following the documention for the UMA integration. Other than the arms being cross like shown, everything else works without issue (walking, running, abilities, etc). I did not have the issue prior to swapping to the updated character model and other than the model itself being different, nothing else has changed from the previous character which includes the bone structure/hierarchy.

This looks like your new model isn't mapping correctly to Unity's humanoid rig. I'm not familiar with how UMA does this so I recommend posting on their forum to see if they have any ideas.
