Upgraded to 1.6.6 but lost all my Global Variables

I have upgraded to 1.6.6 but I lost all my Global Variables. The global variables script are you getting a missing script reference, and, I reassigned it to the Global Variables file within the Behavior Designer Runtime dll. However, still all my previous global variables are lost.....
 
It sounds like your GUID changed. You can fix this by just assigning the global variables file back to the scriptable object.
