Start shooting manually

Hi

I want to add an auto shooting ability, I can raycast enemies, but I don't know how I can start shooting if an enemy was raycasted.
How I can start shooting manually?

And also how I can throw a grenade when I click on a button? (not the fire button, any custom button)
