Puppet Master causes jittering

It's a pity that even after months the problem still hasn't really been solved.

The Puppet Master dev said (his forum is private but I believe there is no problem with messages like this):
The problem is with Opsive's camera controller. PuppetMaster needs a camera controller that is updated in LateUpdate, but has higher Script Execution Order value that PuppetMaster.cs has.
I wish I could fix it in a proper way, but I can't change Opsive's code.
It's an important integration, you guys should work on it.
Apparently any other asset that also needs camera in LateUpdate will cause the same problem. So add an option to choose camera update method?
 
Having the camera run in late update will cause jitter on the character controller side of things since it operates within fixed update. In that case the camera must also update within fixed update.
 
Is there some way to fic this with the newest version? As far as i know there is no more cinematic object manager.
