Not able to create states

After the 2.2.7 update and the 2.2.8 update I am unable to create or add existing state presets to any character, I have found a workaround by copying and pasting the demo presets and changing the existing states. nevertheless, this is an annoying bug.

Are you getting any error messages when you try to add a preset? Is it just the UltimateCharacterLocomotion component this happens with? Seems fine in the demo scene in 2.2.8 at my end - is this reproduceable in the demo scene for you?

I'm having this same issue and I'm not sure what you mean Hezo, but I'll give it a try.
