Integration of Playmaker Package Issue

What does the package import dialogue look like when you import the playmaker integration?
 
I have UCC, BM, BM-movement, BM-Tactical, and I can only find and get integrations installed for UCC, and Tactical. BM and BMM have empty integration folder in the project, I suspect this is the issue. When I use my asset store invoice to get the integrations, I only see BMM and BMT, could this be because I purchased all three together in 2018, but not as a bundle?
 
For the Playmaker integration you should use your Behavior Designer invoice number. If you send an email to support@opsive.com with your Behavior Designer invoice number I can check the number you are using.

Hi there, do you have the link to the Playmaker installation package?
I've been on Opsive's page but the downloads page link seems dead here.

Typing Playmaker in the search pops the following error:
  • Error: Order number is invalid.

That is correct. Double check that you are using your Behavior Designer invoice number.
