Incorrect Free Climb Start Animation

Unity 2019.4.28f1 with Third Person Controller v2.3.4 w/ Agility Pack addon

I just imported the Climb pack addon and I have ran into some issues. When trying to climb on the Free climb wall after getting down the character just does something else and falls through the level.

Where's the documentation?
