How to make the AIs use their attack animations?

I'm playing around with the demo scripts of BDM and BDT and can get an AI to seek me and spawn a bullet. What do I need to use their animations? DemoAgent is no help.

The behavior tree doesn't play any of the actual animations - that's up to the abilities within the character controller. The use ability will set the SlotXItemStateIndex value to 2 which you can then use within the Animator: https://opsive.com/support/document...r/animation/animator/default-animator-values/

The Start Stop Use ability will play the attack. If you want to switch out the animations you can do so within the animator controller.
