HOW SETUP: 3th person and sword.

I just bought this asset:
[[Third-Person-Controller]]
and although I have seen the videos and documentation, I am having a hard time creating my basic scene.
I need help with my BASIC game, I just need a very basic scene, in third person, using a sword,
and replace my character downloaded from mixamo.[[RIGGED]]
that's all .....
Any ideas on how to configure it easily and quickly?
or any FOR DUMMIES tutorial?
