This sounds like it's a question for the PUN developers - the PUN add-on just synchronizes the character controller and doesn't deal with terrain at all. I know Gaia uses a regular terrain after it has been baked so it is likely PUN related.
Okay! I've fixed it. sort of. The character spawn point not working. so I moved the terrain under the PUN default spawn point. Mountain to Mohamed so to speak
