The first person view does not render anything except the ui and the first person arms/weapon. Third person view has a near black lighting on the environment.
That's the cause - the demo scene is setup for the standard pipeline. For demo purposes you can use a new project with the standard pipeline but you can follow the URP instructions for your own scene.
