Error Unable to find UI Monitors

I have the third person controller and when I click the add UI button the canvas is there but no other UI elements are there. Un-Usable when I just bought it as well. I am however using the latest unity version though. It's weird because the demos have the UI elements there.
 
I did a completely new project and then it worked. Should I import the third person character controller before any other assets because I had already imported all behavior designer assets first then TPC then the integration to behavior designer then my model assets and I think it was how the order of assets that were imported. I have realized had the same kind of issues with other assets with this and worked out to be the order of importing them.
 
The import order doesn't matter, as long as you don't import any integrations before the actual asset.
