`Category Restriction Icon` component raise exception during drag & drop

- If you are using Item View which contains a `Category Restriction Icon Item View` component
- disable the `Disable When Item Assigned` option.
- use this Item View prefab both for `Empty Item View` and `Category Item Views`


1. (BUG) following exception will be raised when you dragging the item.



2. (work well) if you enable the `Disable When Item Assigned` option, draggin works well at runtime.
