Add State Trigger functionality to Surface Identifier

Would be cool if you could trigger state triggers directly from Surface Identifiers. This way you could allow the player to move quicker or slower along designated textures (path = fast, sand = slow, etc).
 
For that specific scenario in version 3 you can use physic materials to increase or decrease the friction which would then affect the speed. But I do agree that allowing you to set a state name would be useful. Right now I am working on the integrations and add-ons for version 3 so are not adding any new features but this one will definitely be good to get in.
