Add Any Component to all Child

Earlier, I added some components to UCC and it asks to apply to all children, if I say yes, then all children have evern runtime picked items too. But now it's not working and adding only one object. how I can apply this?
 
Can you describe in more detail what you did? The only thing I know you get ask with regard to the children is when you change the layer of a parent, but not when you add a component.
