I've been trying to many different ways but every way ends up being extremely buggy. here is my current idea:

I only see position offset in both the screenshot you see and location motion.
you can offset the camera rotation but that just looks REALLY WEIRD because the arms stay sideways.
how do I offset the initial arm rotation?
In fact this happens when I create a custom Nolan too. this one was copied...
