Yes the issue is present in only game mode,also i dont have the UFPS inspector open,i did a fresh reinstall of UFPS still the same issue.

My project is using 2021.3.17f1(HDRP),the camera is moving up and down fast the project is just a empty project with a terrain layer,and opsive.The movement is also happens from the cameras POV,its not just a icon moving.attached is what iam talking about https://ibb.co/0Q6QRRr
