Scott LaForge, owner and founder of ExpansionFlow, has been building 3D interactive simulations, processes, and worlds for almost 10 years.

Starting as a Contract Developer for ForgeFX Simulations, a software development company based out of San Francisco, Scott LaForge quickly moved up the ranks, assuming greater responsibility in roles as Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and now Director of Production. As Director, he facilitates the development of custom 3D training simulations for companies such as GE Healthcare, JLG Industries, Pierce Manufacturing, Joy Global and more.

Client-facing, he works with Senior Management and Subject Matter Experts to accurately define, express, and implement just the right simulations necessary to safely train operators and technicians across a broad spectrum of real-world jobs and processes. Development-facing, he manages and leads teams of developers to build these cutting edge multi-platform training solutions that integrate multiplayer, VOIP, virtual reality, hand tracking, real-world controls, and more.
