FPS Mesh tool generate files for meshes with high size

When I split arms and create my character for third and first person perspective it works fine but resulting files for meshes that exceed 280Mo! It is quite weird because my fbx is almost 6Mo.

I have another character that is almost 4Mo but the result for the size of the meshes files doesn't exceed 6Mo.

The difference between them is one of them embedded blendshapes.

I cannot figure out what happens here...

Then did you meet this kind of issue ?
 
That does seem large. I would ask the FPS Mesh Tool developer this since the character controller isn't responsible for splitting the mesh.
