Big performance impact with Editor open

Hi there!

Recently I've noticed I'm getting quite a large frame rate hit when the Behavior Designer Editor window is open while playing in the Unity Editor. This is even if the Editor is showing an External Behavior Tree, not an active one.

I am almost positive it's a new occurrence, but I haven't updated in quite awhile. I did try using a Breakpoint for the first time last week, could it be something resulting from that, or some other setting I've accidentally enabled?
