On the store page UCC latest version is v3.3.4
When I install fresh from the package manager it says v3.3.3p1

Is this simply a version text glitch or am I not getting v3.3.4?
(I deleted the downoaded unitypackage from the unity asset cache folder 2 times then redownloaded UCC and it still says v3.3.3)

This looks like a bug with the Package Manager. Unfortunately I don't have any control over this aspect though so if you're not getting the latest then Unity support may be able to help. Version 3.3.4 is definitely on the Asset Store.
