Whats the right way would be for npc to wander, then if within distance -> pursue -> while player is within distance
it doesn't Pursue it just stares for a sec and keeps Wandering
sometimes it tries to pursue, but it doesn't try very hard to reach object, sometimes it reaches but mostly wanders
