TacticalPack Surround mode run strange behavior

I ran the Tactical Pack demo. When testing Surround mode, after the agents reached their destination, I moved the Enemy Agent and the agents showed strange behavior.
 
Can you explain more? I just tried that and things worked correctly. Make sure you are running the latest version of the Tactical Pack as some things related to this have recently changed.
 
This looks like behavior from the previous version. Are you running the latest? If you try it in a fresh project does it work?
