Spawn Prefabs with saved Target Values

I want to spawn prefabs I made in edit mode during runtime.

Everything works fine, except that the targets of the BD tasks are missing.

An error msg is telling me that target fields cannot reference objects from the scene.

I tried referencing external trees, but there's the same problem :(

Is there a way to spawn my prefabs with all BD components?
Or how would I approach this?
