Issue with Item Body (custom animation)

Hi there!
I am trying to solve the following issue:
I am using custom animations for the Body item (punches and kicks) but I noticed that the animations can be interrupted by the locomotion inputs (WASD).
It looks not so nice and I would like to fix it.
One note: the custom animations require root motion as the whole character is moved by them (I hope It's clear).

Is there any way to tell the controller to ignore the locomotion inputs while playing the punch animation?

You should disable "Allow Positional/Rotational Input" on the "Use" itemability, under the "General" section:
