is there any functionality in any of the big 3 packages or a compatible unity asset store asset that can add an rpg action bar
like you see the 1-0 keys on screen and when you press on of them them with the mouse or keyboard it uses the weapon ability and displays a cooldown until the ability can be used again if the asset allows the user to add more action bars to his gui even better but i will settle for just the
1-0 buttons
win 10 support for my game is a must for a compatible unity asset from the unity store

A hotbar is included in the Ultimate Inventory System - @Sangemdoko can expand but within the hotbar you can perform item actions such as equipping.

The hotbar is for storing inventory items, so playing a special attack animation isn't done with that. For playing a special attack animation you can call TryStartAbility to play an attack from a UI button.
