Incorrect customcast bounds for Hang ?

Hello, I currently have several issues with the Hang ability and will make seperate threads for each. First of all, I'm really not sure if this is an actual issue, but it seems that the default Customcast bounds for Object Detection are incorrect. Here is what it looks like with the demo values and Draw Debug Gizmos set to true :


The natural thing to expect would be the rectangle to follow the player's pivot like a child object, but instead it looks as though some directional parameters are based on the global axis rather than local ones.
I can't say for sure I've experimented any detection issue before because of this, but even so this doesn't seem right to me.
One more related thing : is the customcast supposed to have a constant width ? I tried toying with the parameters but couldn't change that.
 
Yes, that looks like an issue that I've made a note of. The gizmo does not affect the operation of the ability.
