how to positioning character's arm to assign assault rifle?

hello, i try to make assult rifle and assign to my character.
character and weapon are generated good, but it has weird arm positioning.
please see below screenshot.

i use third person topdown.

how can i fix it?

Is the aim animation playing? If so that looks like the aim animation and your character's proportions don't match up well so the solution is to use animations which are better suited for your characters structure.

thanks a lot, i solved this problem, but i have another problem.
when i using non dominant hand ik, reload animation is weird.

is this problem is relative to character's proportions?

The non-dominant hand IK issue relates to a problem within the CharacterIK component. This has been fixed in version 2.1 which should be released at the start of next week.
