Error after importing Behaviour Designer

I created an empty Unity project and after I imported Behaviour Designer and Movement, Tactical and Formations pack I get this warning on the console tab:

Script 'Grid' has the same name as built-in Unity component.
AddComponent and GetComponent will not work with this script.

I'm using Unity 2019.2.0f1 Personal

This is a bug within Unity. I've reported it to them but it is low priority so I doubt it'll be fixed anytime soon. This is a one time warning after import though so you can ignore it.
