Elevation issues with the DeathMatchAi

All these AI have been set up according to the instructions with no further modification. Navmesh has been baked.
Ai work great until they get to an elevation and then they either stop completely or the kinda skip up it very slowly.

Any idea why this is and how I can fix it?

Do you have the slide ability? It may be adding more forces which prevents the character from moving up.
