Character water effects should use prefab lists and Object Identifiers

Hello, the Swim ability contains many effect slots for splashes and bubbles, but they all only contain a single prefab slot and a simple transform field for the location. We should have a prefab list instead in order to add variety to the splashes, and be able to link the locations to Object Identifiers, in order to use this ability with visual effects on multi model characters.
